| CO2 CLEANING OF PRINTING EQUIPMENT CO2
Cleaning Services, Inc., provides CO2 blast
cleaning services for printing production equipment,
as on a needed or required basis, as well as on regular scheduled maintenance
programs, in your facility.
This process utilizes carbon dioxide pellets propelled by compressed air
to remove materials adhered to
a surface.
This process
is similar to sand blasting, except it is TOTALLY NONABRASIVE&
NONCONDUCTIVE
to the surface or items being cleaned. The pellets SUBLIMATE upon
impact, leaving only the removed
material. This process is safe for use in, on, and around bearings, machined
surfaces, moving parts,
electrical equipment, and painted surfaces.
Room temperature
ink will freeze and turn brittle quickly when impacted by the -130 degree
dry ice
pellets. The pellet will then shatters and evaporate, leaving only the
ink on the floor. This process is
totally nonabrasive, dry and dust free.
